Terms & Conditions
- Places are allocated once a completed registration form and first payment have been received, and are subject to availability.
- The fee for the Arts & Crafts after school club is £30 per term, payable in advance.
- Payment can be made online (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by bank transfer. A small processing fee applies to online card payments only.
- If your child cannot attend a session, please let us know in advance where possible. Refunds are not given for missed sessions, as places are reserved and staffed for the full term.
- If you wish to withdraw your child from the club, please give at least two weeks' written notice. Fees paid for sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Children must be signed in and out of each session. Please keep us informed in writing of any changes to who is authorised to collect your child.
- Please tell us about any medical condition, allergy, or additional need at registration, and keep us updated if anything changes.
- We expect children to treat staff and one another with respect. Persistent or serious behavioural concerns will be discussed with parents/guardians, and we reserve the right to suspend a child's place if their behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.
- Arts Bridge Charity follows safeguarding best practice, including DBS-checked staff and a full Safeguarding Policy, available on request.
- We may take photographs during sessions for safeguarding records and, with separate consent, for the charity's promotional materials. This consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your child's place.
- Personal data is held securely and used only to run the club safely, in line with UK GDPR.
- The club may occasionally be cancelled due to staff illness, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will reschedule where possible or credit the fee.
- Any complaint should be raised in the first instance with Amanda Bright - amanda@arts-bridge.co.uk.
- By enrolling your child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms.
